The Personal History of David Copperfield (15)

A fresh, funny, and utterly charming spin on Dickens’ classic

From birth to infancy, from adolescence to adulthood, the good-hearted David Copperfield is surrounded by kindness, wickedness, poverty and wealth, as he meets an array of remarkable characters in Victorian England. As David sets out to be a writer, in his quest for family, friendship, romance and status, the story of his life is the most seductive tale of all.

Directed by Armando Iannucci and starring Dev Patel, Hugh Lawrie and Tilda Swinton.

“a bracing, entertaining, richly satisfying experience” The Guardian

“A breezy, brilliant treat. Iannucci may have softened the bite of his comedy but replaces it with something remarkably optimistic and buoyant” Empire Magazine

Hi Sarah – sorry there isn’t a link on the specific event (I’ll try and get that sorted) – but if you click the ‘Book Now’ button at the top left of any page, that will get you into the ticketing system, and you can then click on whichever event you’re interested in.
Do let us know if you have any further issues.
